Meet Morgan
Hi, I’m Morgan!
I’m a mental health keynote speaker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, certified personal trainer, and author. More than ten years ago, I was hospitalized with a life-threatening eating disorder. At the time, I believed my life was over. Looking back, it was the beginning of everything.
My recovery taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone new - it's about coming home to who you truly are. It showed me the power of self-compassion, authenticity, and intentionally creating a life that feels meaningful instead of simply looking successful.
Today, I combine my clinical expertise with my lived experience to help students, professionals, and organizations move beyond burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, and self-doubt. Whether I'm speaking to a classroom, conference, or workplace, my goal is always the same: to help people feel less alone, leave with practical tools they can use immediately, and believe that a life of authenticity, purpose, and joy is possible for them, too.
Morgan's Programs
Every presentation is designed to help audiences move beyond the masks they feel pressured to wear and leave with practical tools to build a life rooted in authenticity, resilience, and connection.
SIGNATURE KEYNOTE (FLAGSHIP)
Beyond My Mask
A Story of Identity, Healing, and Learning to Be Yourself Again
For years, Morgan believed she had to be perfect to be worthy. From the outside, it looked like she had everything together. Behind the mask, she was silently battling an eating disorder that nearly took her life.
In this deeply personal keynote, Morgan shares the story of losing herself, finding hope, and discovering that true healing began when she stopped trying to become someone else and started embracing who she already was.
This isn't just a story about recovery. It's a story about identity, courage, resilience, and what becomes possible when we stop hiding and start living authentically.

Burn Bright, Not Out
A New Way to Think About Burnout, Energy, and Self-Care
Burnout doesn't happen all at once. It happens when we slowly disconnect from the people, passions, boundaries, and parts of ourselves that once made us feel alive.
Through heartfelt storytelling, practical reflection, and actionable strategies, Morgan helps audiences understand why simply pushing harder isn't the answer. Instead, participants learn how to reconnect with what fuels them, protect their wellbeing, and build habits that allow them to thrive without losing themselves in the process.
Whether delivered as an inspiring keynote or an interactive workshop, this experience leaves audiences feeling energized, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can apply long after the event.

In My Own Skin
Body Image, Confidence, and Powerful Self-Acceptance
We live in a world that constantly tells us our value is tied to our appearance, our achievements, or the number on a scale. But our worth has never been something we have to earn. Drawing from her own journey, Morgan invites audiences into an honest conversation about body image, self-worth, and learning to see ourselves with compassion instead of criticism. With warmth, vulnerability, and hope, this keynote encourages people to let go of impossible standards and begin building a healthier relationship with themselves.

A healthier perspective on body image and self-worth

Hope that healing and freedom are possible

Program Manager, Girls Inc

Morgan was an amazing speaker for my non-profit's anti-stigma symposium. She was an amazing speaker to work with, beyond kind to work with, and extremely caring to the students who wanted to ask her questions both after her presentation and during our panel session. Morgan made a huge impact on the high school students she spoke to with sharing her powerful story. I plan to work with her again with my non-profit's future events and recommend her to anyone who needs a speaker.
President of Will Find Hope

Morgan was amazing to bring to campus, her energy is infectious. She made a real impact on the students she talked to with some leaving the space saying how much they appreciated her talk about self love! They also had some really great ideas on how they can practice self love starting right then. As a professional, I took copious notes and am using them now to rethink how we approach conversations and education about body image and self love too!
